Knitting away
Had to post progress on Achilles Heal. Different sort of architecture for me. At the heel you take back stitches and put them on a holder. Knit part of instep flat. That's where I'm stopping. See the pictures.
Interesting yarn! How are you finding the pattern?
The unusual construction caught my eye, but I have to admit to not bothering to read any further than "Foot circumference: 7.5 inches". Skimming the pattern notes on resizing made me stop altogether; "use bigger yarn and needles" is hardly a solution in my opinion.
